Thanks to the success of the neighbouring Bralorne Pioneer Mine, the community of Gold Bridge flourished in the 1920s. Now home to a small community of residents, it offers accommodation, groceries/hardware/BC liquor store, tire repair and fuel to visitors against a stunning backdrop of mountain peaks and rushing rivers. Outdoor enthusiasts come to the rugged mountain landscapes of Gold Bridge to pursue breathtaking glacial snowmobiling, rock hounding and sensational heli-skiing. There’s even a 9-hole golf course! You can also explore ghost towns and abandoned mine sites in the area or pan for gold at the Haylmore Heritage Site.
